Current Status and Project Goals: In 2026, CRC completed an intense 3-year phase of organizational development, strengthening its systems and operations in preparation for growth, adding staff and achieving increased impact metrics, and building a healthy financial reserve. CRC’s work and its free services are supported by a growing individual donor base and by foundation support, including a multi-year grant from the Cummings Foundation. The hiring of a full-time paid Executive Director in September 2026 marked the launch of CRC’s long-planned strategic growth initiative. The new ED brings more than a decade of successful professional development experience and will lead CRC’s expansion in both programs and fundraising. The needs in our community for effective, non-clinical mental health support remain intense and CRC is well poised to help more people. Skills and Assistance Needed:
